Bill would cap financial rewards in medical-malpractice lawsuits
In a 74 to 22 vote, the Wisconsin state Assembly approved legislation late Thursday night capping damages awarded in cases of medical malpractice. Mike Prentiss, spokesperson for bill co-sponsor Sen.
