Man sues doctor for unnecessary castration
A Cincinnati area man says he has filed suit after his doctor partially castrated him, removing a testicle that was found not to be cancerous.Stephen M. Kosti filed suit in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court seeking unspecified damages against Dr. Gary M.
