Jury denies local man's malpractice claim against former family practitioner
A six-member jury deliberated over two hours late Thursday afternoon before denying a local man's medical malpractice claim against his former family practitioner.
Perkins Coie Agrees to Pay $19 Million in Malpractice Suit
A printing press maker announced last month it would receive $19 million to settle a malpractice suit arising from an anti-dumping case.
