Couple gets new trial in malpractice suit against Jennie Edmundson Hospital
The Iowa Court of Appeals announced Thursday that two people who sued Jennie Edmondson Hospital for malpractice and lost have been awarded new trials.
A growing number of New Jersey medical professionals are being hit hard by the rising costs of medical malpractice insurance, and many say those costs are affecting access to care, particularly in medically underserved communities.
