Supreme Court: Children's malpractice deadlines not clearly defined
December 30, 2005 (MADISON, Wis.) - The state Supreme Court says there are loopholes in the state laws that govern how long after injury disabled children can sue doctors for malpractice.
Lawmakers look to lower medical malpractice rates
DES MOINES — A group of state lawmakers met Wednesday hoping to find solutions to rising costs for medical malpractice insurance that are driving some doctors in specialties such as obstetrics out of rural areas.
