State Supreme Court reports fewer med malpractice cases
Two years after the introduction of new laws from the Pennsylvania state legislature and new mandates from the state Supreme Court, there has been a sharp decline in medical malpractice case filings across the state and in Philadelphia. And the fallout for plaintiffs personal injury lawyers has been significant.
