OUR VIEW: Approve caps for malpractice pain and suffering awards
Members of the Wisconsin Assembly have approved a new proposal to impose caps on “pain and suffering” awards in malpractice cases. Now the Senate should pass the same bill, and Gov. Jim Doyle should sign it.
