Trial lawyers vow to stymie old foes in '06
Fighting against caps on medical malpractice settlements and the elimination of New York's "scaffolding law," and fighting for changes in the state's wrongful death statutes are at the top of the 2006 agenda for the New York State Trial Lawyers new executive director Daniel Feldman.
