Man gets $3.5M in malpractice case
WOODBURY A Bridgeton man has been awarded $3.5 million in a medical malpractice lawsuit involving a Washington Township orthopedic surgeon. The jury came back in the case involving Pasquale Rubino, a trash collector who suffered a knee injury and required surgery, his lawyer said Tuesday.
Ruling: Contracts limiting liability OK
A provision in a contract limiting one party's financial liability in cases of malpractice is not unconstitutional, the Arizona Supreme Court has ruled.
