International dragnet seeks missing Indiana doctor
HAMMOND, Ind. — A northern Indiana doctor accused of fraud and malpractice in hundreds of civil lawsuits filed after he vanished during a 2004 European vacation is now the target of an international dragnet, federal officials said.
