NASHVILLE, Tenn. (BP)--I would consider pastoral malpractice among the greatest treasons a minister can commit against the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The House wants early mediation to help cut down on court costs. The bill goes back to the Senate, where lawmakers are considering limiting other kinds of lawsuits.
