Medical malpractice proposal heads to legislature
HARTFORD, CT. (AP) - A proposal to trim rising medical malpractice insurance costs is on its way to the legislature for a vote.
TAMPA, Fla., May 4 (UPI) -- A Florida urologist killed himself a few hours after a jury awarded a former patient $1 million in a malpractice claim.
