Firm files suit against paying potential Sivaslian malpractice claims
By TRACY KENNEDY Register Citizen Staff LITCHFIELD - A Barkhamsted woman who accused a former Torrington attorney Peter Sivaslian of funneling about $5 million from her bank and investment accounts may not receive any money from the attorney's malpractice carrier if the court rules in her favor.
