Santorum and Frist say Casey not paying attention to medical malpractice crisis
DUNMORE — With Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist at his side, Sen. Rick Santorum accused state Treasurer Bob Casey Jr. on Thursday of ignoring a medical malpractice insurance crisis that’s still chasing obstetricians, gynecologists and other specialists out of Pennsylvania.
