Defendant: Mooresville teen was examined six times
One of two defendants in a medical malpractice lawsuit stemming from the death of a teenager nearly five years ago testified that he provided proper care based on the evidence available to him at the time. Edward Hales, a physician's assistant, and Dr. Thomas Brant, along with Mid-Atlantic Medical Associates, are being sued by the family of Duncan Christopher Day Jr. of Mooresville.
