Napolitano signs medical malpractice bill
PHOENIX A bill signed into law Monday will tighten rules on who can testify as an expert witness in Arizona medical malpractice cases and let doctors apologize without hurting themselves in state court.

Senate Minority Leader Aquilino "Nene" Q. Pimentel Jr. (PDP-Laban) yesterday batted for the conversion of about 43,000 barangays all over the country into economic units of the government to put an end to the malpractice of higher public officials of using them for partisan politics.
