Pennsylvania Senate Approves Physician Malpractice Subsidy Extension
The Pennsylvania Senate on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve an extension of a physician malpractice subsidy through 2008, the AP/Philadelphia Inquirer reports. LACBA to Switch Member Malpractice Insurance Brokers
The Los Angeles County Bar Association has announced that it will team with Ahern Insurance Brokerage to offer malpractice insurance coverage to its members after being notified by its current broker, Aon Corporation, that it will no longer work with the association to provide member coverage.
