Hospital appeal fails; family stands to win $7.37 million
OZAUKEE COUNTY - Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital has been ordered to pay $7.37 million to a Grafton family after losing an appeal to throw out the circuit court malpractice trial in which the award was made.
