Three Children Seek $45 Million In Death Of Mother
The three Bakersfield children of the woman who died earlier this year in the waiting room of Martin Luther King Jr.-Harbor Hospital have filed a $45 million lawsuit against Los Angeles County, alleging medical malpractice, negligence and wrongful death.
