The Root Of The Problem Is Medical Malpractice By Doctors
I read Gerry Spence's commentary with great interest and appreciation. Tort reformers claim that medical malpractice lawsuits are the root of the doctors' problem, which is high medical malpractice insurance premiums. Study after study has revealed that is not the case.
