Medical Malpractice Rate Increases Slowed in 2005, Ohio Says
Jan 19, 2006 11:00 a.m. COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The medical liability insurance rates of Ohio’s top five medical malpractice insurers, which represent 66% of the market, increased only 6.7% in 2005, following rate increases of 20% in 2004 and about 30% in both 2002 and 2003.
