Claiming Drug Addiction, Brothers Sue Dr. Rob ert Harned
CHATHAM — Longtime local physician Dr. Robert Harned has been named in a malpractice suit filed on behalf of two men who claimed he over-prescribed painkillers, causing them to become addicted.
