A medical malpractice suit has been filed against Lifeteam EMS, Inc. by Anna Lybert and Robert McGaffic Jr., the parents of Erik McGaffic, who died in February 2006 after being transported from East Liverpool City Hospital to the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh by the ambulance company.
