Doctors get relief from skyrocketing malpractice costs
Oregon Health & Science University was recently jarred by a Supreme Court decision that thrust it into the unlimited medical liability environment, but most Oregon medical providers have enjoyed relief from once-skyrocketing medical malpractice insurance rates.
