Murdered Journalist's Family Settles With Hospital
The grown children of a slain New York Times reporter have made a settlement with Howard University Hospital, ending a suit accusing the facility and D.C. emergency workers of negligence and medical malpractice. The hospital and two of David Rosenbaum's relatives confirmed the settlement Thursday but provided no details.
