Legal showdown set for medical malpractice attorney fees
Little more than a year after Florida voters approved a reduced cap on attorneys' contingency fees in medical malpractice cases, the doctors and trial lawyers will square off before the Florida Supreme Court to determine the scope of the constitutional amendment.
