Nine-month ban for Cole agent signals FA's intent
THE football authorities claimed to have struck a serious blow against malpractice yesterday when Ashley Cole’s agent was banned for 18 months, half of it suspended, for touting the defender to Chelsea.

Medical malpractice litigation is not to blame for the relatively high cost of health care in the United States, according to a Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health study published yesterday in the journal Health Affairs.
There has been much to-do regarding legislating medical malpractice reform on Guam. The fact is there are currently three insurance companies I am aware of writing professional liability for physicians on Guam.
