Ex-firefighter sues attorney for malpractice
By TIM ZATZARINY JR. Courier-Post Staff A former Vineland firefighter and arson investigator who lost his jobs after admitting to theft in 2003 contends in a lawsuit his lawyer didn't properly explain to him the consequences of pleading guilty.
