Ex-Hickory obstetrician loses appeal
RALEIGH - A former obstetrician must answer questions in a malpractice case about his past drug abuse, even though similar answers to a hearing board are privileged information, the state Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday.
AN ironic twist has been added to the desperate search for solutions to the pandemic of examination malpractice in the country.
