Holden: Jail care near malpractice
For the second time in two weeks, Circuit Judge Calvin Holden has questioned the quality of medical care for Greene County Jail inmates. The judge during a Wednesday court hearing told Sheriff Jack Merritt he heard the standard of care had declined since former warden Bill Hedrick left in June 2006.
