Second trial ordered in suicide lawsuit
PIERRE, S.D. - A new trial must be held in a medical malpractice lawsuit filed by the husband of a Pierre woman who committed suicide after a short stay in the state mental hospital, the South Dakota Supreme Court said Thursday.
