Jauch says proposed malpractice cap more reasonable
MADISON – Two Republican legislators announced legislation creating a new limit on non-economic damages in medical malpractice cases Tuesday, an announcement that met with mixed reviews from Sen. Bob Jauch, D-Poplar.
