Malpractice carrier plans to add physicians
The state's largest medical malpractice carrier plans to lift a moratorium on new business, saying it will be able to add up to 400 new physician policyholders on a "limited basis."

WASHINGTON — Sens. Max Baucus, D-Mont., and Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., introduced legislation Thursday that would provide grants to 10 states to set up pilot projects they hope will answer the problem of medical malpractice lawsuits.
