High Court Loss Prompts Malpractice Claim Against McGuireWoods
A loss before the U.S. Supreme Court has led to an unusual legal malpractice suit against McGuireWoods. Ideal Steel Supply was the losing party in the ruling, which sharply limited third parties' ability to bring civil claims under RICO.
