Legislator says more tort reform needed; study shows malpractice insurance rates slowing
By Betsy Turner Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - A state lawmaker said Wednesday he plans to introduce legislation next year intended to help reduce the number of malpractice claims by allowing doctors to apologize to patients for medical errors withut admitting fault.
