Pa. Superior Court Throws Out $52,000 in Sanctions in Med-Mal Case
The Pennsylvania Superior Court has thrown out sanctions in the amount of $52,000 leveled at a defense attorney whose reference during a medical malpractice trial's opening arguments to expert testimony already barred by the trial court resulted in a mistrial.
