Plaintiff prevails in Roswell malpractice lawsuit
ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) - A judge has awarded more than $344,000 in a medical negligence lawsuit against a Roswell hospital and two of its employees.
Senate backs higher hurdle for some malpractice suits
PHOENIX The Senate voted today to make it harder to win medical malpractice lawsuits over emergency health care, a step which supporters say is needed to prevent physicians from refusing to work in emergency rooms.
