$1 Million Malpractice Award Against Gunster Yoakley Upheld
A unanimous Florida appeals court panel on Wednesday upheld a $1 million legal malpractice judgment against Gunster Yoakley & Stewart awarded to the heirs of the Gannett newspaper fortune.
