Attorney: N.C. Court Decision Protects Expert Witness Testimony
The North Carolina Medical Board wrongly punished a neurosurgeon for testimony he gave in a medical malpractice trial, the state Court of Appeals determined Tuesday in a decision that the doctor's attorney said shields expert witnesses.
