Wis. Man Wins $3.2M Malpractice Award
A Baldwin, Wis. man has been awarded more than $3 million in a malpractice case after losing part of his left leg.
In January, a group of local doctors financed by Community Medical Center, Scranton, formed a self-insurance group to write their own liability coverage and pay their own claims.
