Attorneys representing the estate of a Laurel County man contend local doctors and medical workers that cared for him in 2005 were negligent in the treatment of a neck infection that choked off his airway, and eventually caused him to suffocate.
Surgeon to file appeal against medical malpractice verdict
Dr. Eric Leefmans is going to appeal a medical malpractice verdict issued by a New Hampshire Court last week. A 42-year-old Randolph Hinz accused Leefmans and his team of blindness as a result of doctor error during the operation at a Concord hospital in 2003 following a car accident.
