Ciavarella’s alleged bias subject of Friday hearing
Claims that Luzerne County President Judge Mark A. Ciavarella Jr. was biased in a $3.4 million legal malpractice trial and should have revealed his financial links to one of the law firms in the case will be aired Friday in county court.
