Weis' malpractice case ends in odd mistrial
A judge declared a mistrial Tuesday in the trial of a medical malpractice case brought by Notre Dame football coach Charlie Weis after a juror collapsed and several doctors - including the two defendants - rushed to his aid.
Thompson Miller & Simpson has named David Mushlin as a partner. Mushlin specializes in medical malpractice, complex civil litigation and product liability. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law.
