PSC officer files complaint against former Keyser area physician
A Potomac State College Campus Police Officer has filed a complaint alleging medical malpractice against a former Keyser area physician. Scott Hawkins, and his wife, Bonnie, allege Dr. James Bosley was "negligent in his care and treatment."
