Man vows to fight conviction for fraud

A Carmel Valley man is vowing to appeal his conviction on 36 counts of insurance fraud, grand theft, forgery and tax evasion. A jury this week convicted Michael Vousden on all counts that he sold fake medical malpractice insurance to women's clinics across the country.
