Gersowitz, Libo & Korek Consider Medical Malpractice Suit against Montefiore Hospital
The New York and New Jersey medical malpractice law firm of Gersowitz, Libo & Korek is considering a suit against Montefiore Hospital in the death of Javona Peters. Peters underwent a routine neurological operation resulting in a coma and eventually leading to her death on February 13, 2008.
