Can malpractice suit continue after a death?
Sharon Boyd was preparing to die when she walked into a lawyer's office in 2002. A large tumor had devastated her colon, and cancer had spread to her liver and lymph nodes. Aggressive chemotherapy and surgeries were scheduled, but the specialists could offer little hope.
