John Ritter's Family Settles Over Medical Malpractice Battle
Actor John Ritter's family has reached a settlement with officials at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in California after suing the medics there for wrongful death and medical malpractice.

Jury continues deliberation of Olesky malpractice suit
A Collier County jury will continue deliberations Monday morning in a medical negligence and wrongful death lawsuit against two physicians and a physician’s assistant filed by the family of Ann Olesky, an admired civic leader in Immokalee before her death in 2004 following heart surgery.
