PITTSFIELD — The family of Genevieve Sarkis is suing Sweet Brook Care Centers in Williamstown — part of Northern Berkshire Healthcare — for more than $2 million, claiming that alleged medical malpractice led to her death on May 25, 2004.
$7.5 million award in Wildwood boy's death
WAUKEGAN — A $7.5 million medical malpractice verdict was reached by a Lake County Circuit Court jury Friday on behalf of a 12-year-old boy and his Wildwood parents, the family's attorney said.
