Testimony: Documents altered in medical malpractice lawsuit
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The chief executive officer and another top official of a city hospital knowingly gave dozens of altered documents to plaintiffs' attorneys in a medical malpractice case, according to court testimony.
Victim files civil suit in county
A civil suit alleging sexual battery and medical malpractice was filed Friday against Mark Anderson, a Woodland dentist who is under criminal investigation for alleged sexual battery against numerous female patients, by one his former patients.
