Weis heading to court again for retrial in malpractice lawsuit
BOSTON (AP) - Former Patriots offensive coordinator Charlie Weis is heading back to court this week for the second trial on his claim that surgeons botched his care after gastric bypass surgery in 2002.
NEWARK -- A well-known Bergen County eye surgeon won a malpractice case in U.S. District Court on Friday against a Connecticut woman who alleged his surgery triggered eye problems that left her unable to drive or stay in bright daylight for long.
